Head of Hospitality

How long have you been working at Wembley Stadium?
3.5 years and counting.

How would you explain your job to a child?
Working with the hospitality team, partners and stakeholders, we plan and deliver every aspect of the hospitality operation. People will always look to Wembley as THE iconic Stadium – we position ourselves as the best stadium in the world, and our hospitality needs to match that iconic status. People want to feel that they are a part of history and I like to believe that we are an integral part of that.

You favourite thing about working at Wembley Stadium?
The variety. As a multi-purpose stadium, Wembley hosts a myriad of events, no two events are the same. It’s wonderful to interact with our guests and share in their excitement in the event ahead. It means so much to them to be here, the same goes for all the staff and me.

Best memory of Wembley Stadium?
I started this role thrown in at the deep end. I began on the Monday before the 2017 FA Cup Final. The FA Cup Final is one of the largest and most anticipated events we host at Wembley Stadium; perhaps the world. A real sink or swim moment. I had been a part-time waiter in the old stadium, and it was hard not to be overwhelmed and somewhat nostalgic. I loved every minute of it.

Dream Wembley event?
I have been lucky enough to have seen it TWICE. The Spice Girls, in the old and new Wembley. Suppose I was looking to the future, who would not want to see an Oasis reunion?
